Kreditzinsen Baufinanzierung aktuell

Die aktuelle Kreditzinsen bei der Baufinanzierung liegen bei ca. 3,5 Prozent bis 4 Prozent. Wenn man noch mit dem Gedanken spielt ein Angebot von mehr als 4 Prozent einzugehen sollte man lieber im Internet die aktuellen Zinsen vergleichen. Bauzinsen sind derzeit so günstig wie lange nicht mehr.
Hausbauer können so mehrere 1000 Euro an Zinsen sparen. Besonders ratsam ist es sich lange an die niedrigen Zinssätze zu binden. Dafür wird der Zins zwar etwas höher, aber sehr unwesentlich. Man profitiert trotzdem.
